 WITH ALL MY STRENGTH, I WILL FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT! Usa took a quick survey of the situation. Leonidas was confused, he realized that now. How do I snap him out of his confusion? The young trainer had no idea. The textbooks he had studied, listed a few options. But, none of them were available to him right now. "Snap out of it, Leonidas" he yelled as he closed the distance between himself and his brother. Some how, what started as a single battle between the two siblings, morphed into a double battle with the two fighting side-by-side. His brother didn't seem to be having too many problems. He was forcefully pushing forward as always, launching attack after attack. It was kind of impressive...even though there didn't seem to be much strategy to it. Leonidas was pushed back by a sudden attack from the wild sandshrew. Though the Pokemon obviously took damage from the assault, he just continued to swing his head from side to side. "Use LEER on the zubat" Usa yelled as he pointed towards the devilish zubat. Luckily, Leonidas complied. Did he snap out of his confusion? Usa was hopeful. "Good job Leonidas...now use FEINT!" This time, the trainer wasn't as lucky. The confused absol lunged into the air, only to slam its head into a tree... TAGGGED | NOTES LEONIDAS

sandshrew♀ - level 004 - inner focus
moveset: scratch, defense curl, sand attack
zubat♀ - level 008 - sand veil
moveset: leech life, supersonic, astonishthe two quickly find themselves overwhelmed from the attacks. sandshrew's thrown on top of the zubat, and they land in a heap to the side, fainted.
sandshrew and zubat fainted!

I mess up a lot, but I'll save the day ▼  NOTES: notes here, tagged, word count, whatever else. | (Given with brothers permission to post for him))
Risu smiled, the first battle was finished and that meant it was time to capture his first pokemon. Well second pokemon if you don't count Toki; after that thought he gripped the collar and pulled out his glasses and put them on. Just to make sure his pokeball hit his target. Sandshrew, what's a good name for her to be given? She seemed a bit aggressive though the biggest issue is the a name idea. Risu tossed a pokeball straight towards Sandshrew. He was sure it would be a catch! "I'll call you Atsu." He smiled and blushed slightly, he turned towards the side and saw his brother do the same. However he had whispered the name of the pokemon to the Pokeball.
"Let's head to the next town, I think we are set and ready to go."The duo had finally left the first route of their adventure with two new friends. Whatever came next could only surprise them.
