magnemite lv.06 magnet pull tackle supersonic | ZZzz... bzz... confused!
The magnemite began to move erratically about in the air, unable to even tell which way was up! Where was his opponent? From what side were they attacking?
"Mite... mite!" He buzzed, flying into a tree in his confusion and hurting himself. He tried to fly away and... THUNK! Right into another tree branch! This... this battle wasn't starting out as he'd planned...
Magnemite was affected by supersonic!
Magnemite was hit by astonish!
Magnemite is confused...
Magnemite hurt itself in its confusion!

| Watching the magnemite flail about in confusion reassured Usa that he might be able to capture the Pokemon with little problem. With a smile on his face, he called for Zubat to use another round of Astonish. With great haste, Zubat rushed towards the magnemite to attack...

magnemite lv.06 magnet pull tackle supersonic | Magnemite, due to luck, was able to evade one of the zubat's attacks... only because he was still flitting about in confusion. And flew into a tree branch... again.
The disorientated steel type stole a moment in an attempt to gather his senses, his single eye blinking repeatedly as he tried to focus on his opponent... and there it was!
"Mite!" He hummed, flying towards the zubat in a moment of lucidity to tackle into the creature.
Magnemite was hit by astonish!
Magnemite dodged astonish!
Magnemite is confused...
Magnemite hurt itself in its confusion!
Magnemite is confused...
Magnemite used tackle!

| The Magnemite's tackle took Zubat by surprise. The attack landed, but Zubat quickly shook off the effects in order to carry out Usa's next round of commands. She flapped her wings vigorously as she flew up and then went into a nose dive towards the little steel-type, as she continued her onslaught of astonishes.

magnemite lv.06 magnet pull tackle supersonic | Bzz... ZZ... no longer confused!
The magnemite, after receiving the first round of zubat's attack, found himself suddenly regain lucidity. Enough so he was able to swoop out of the way of the second. He was weakened though... bzz! Unfair! He was just getting started!
The battle was almost over but he was determined to put the last bit of effort he could into it. The magnemite repeated his previous tackle attack, this time going in for two tackles.
Magnemite snapped out of its confusion!
Magnemite was hit by astonish!
Magnemite dodged astonish!

| The Magnemite's movements became more controlled. This Usa took to suggest the steel-type was no longer confused. He knitted his brows as the magnemites attacks crashed into Zubat. That's fine, Zubat is tough... He called for Zubat to use another round of astonish, and stomped his feet in frustration of the Magnemite not going down already.
This would be the last Pokemon he captured in this location, because he needed to move on to Pewter City. Not only had Risu already left, which probably meant he already challenged the gym in Pewter, Usa wanted to see the world, meet new people, have acquire more experiences.
As he watched Zubat fly towards the tiny steel-type, he clenched his fists. He braced himself for impact and readied himself to reach for a pokeball incase the Magnemite was knocked out.

fainted magnemite lv.06 magnet pull tackle supersonic | This was... pathetic. Just when he'd recovered from his confusion and was ready to battle... he was defeated. Disappointed in himself, the magnemite fell to the earth with a final and heavy thud.
The defeated steel type blinked up at the victor with a morose blink of his single eye before unconsciousness washed over him. Maybe he'd have another chance to battle soon...
Magnemite was hit by astonish!
Magnemite fainted!
Dani gains two levels!

| Without hesitation, Usa tossed the empty pokeball in his hand, at the fainted Magnemite. As the pokeball danced on the grass, he watched with intense eyes. Finally, the Pokemon was caught, and Usa and Zubat rejoiced. He quickly ran over to the pokeball and picked it up. He gripped it tightly in his hand as moments from being on the route flashed across his mind. He had caught two Pokemon here, and this made him happy. Now onward to the next stop on his journey. He recalled Zubat, adjusted his bagpack and dashed off in the direction of the next city, where he would challenge the gym leader.
