Three weeks.
Week one was spent processing
Week two was full of doubt.
Week three was a week to forgive.
It's hear where the sand meets the slate that Miles finds himself waiting his Scizor leaning against one of the white poles leading into the city. He's more nervous than anything fiddling with his phone leaning against a pole opposite to the bug type pokemon. Occasionally he'll glance up finding the large bug focused on a passerby unnerving them more than slightly as they walk by proud of its ability to intimidate. It would be a conversation later, right now he doesn't have the patience to reprimand the bug pokemon, not when he's this in sorts.
He'd been texting the man prior apologizing for disappearing on him after the event and together the two managed to schedule this meetup here in Hoenn number one harbor city where exactly apparently the man had also come into ownership of something that could, and hopefully would be of use to the blade pokemon, it was the onl reason he'd allowed the pokemon to be out so close to the city, well that and he'd signed up for some event at the Gala that required him to have a pokemon follow him at all times. As threatening as Braev was he was one of his strongest and most portable pokemon. It was an alert pokemon and it's possessiveness often kept the red haired trainer out of harms way. If the pokemon however was to act as his escort, he'd need to be on his best behavior. This was a test to see if the pokemon could keep itself out of societal trouble during the event.

They say that Heaven's real
Analyze my demise, I say I'm super anxious
Recognize I deprive this fear and then embrace it
Vandalizing these walls only if they could talk
Conversations won't contemplate to my dark thoughts
Lookin' down on my soul now, tell me I'm in control now
Tell me I can live long and I can live wrong and I can live right
And I can sing song and I can unite the youth that I love
Youth that I like, look at my life and tell me I fight
This that final destination, this that find some information
This that find some inspiration,
They say that Heaven's real
Analyze my demise, I say I'm super anxious
Recognize I deprive this fear and then embrace it
Vandalizing these walls only if they could talk
Conversations won't contemplate to my dark thoughts
Lookin' down on my soul now, tell me I'm in control now
