There might be some witty banter between the two of them. Hydra isn't a nice person, she likes to use and abuse, because thats the easiest thing to do. Apparently, because of this, it doesn't make her easy to get along with. But she doesn't mind, she has her booze to keep her company. I could see them possibly being friends on the off chance that their harsh remarks don't actually hurt the other (which is probably possible) and Hydra could share a beer or two with her, or something harder if she likes. She's no into what hydra would be giving her otherwise, So I could say something close to friendship would probably be the best. She loves sarcasm, and is kind of masochistic. Possibly even trying to drag her out of her comfort zone and take her out if she would let her.

Tytus & Penelope

he might think she is a child, one who doesn't exactly understand the world. As a part of Magma, they might not get along all that well, and it might be mostly because they aren't in the same circles, and he finds her useless to him (she can't give him anything, he probably won't try anything) but if she were to come to him, he would be cordial at first, a pretty girl always deserves a good opening, and depending on how she takes that would depend on how he would go with that. Her careless attitude may annoy him, but it really just depends on what she is careless about. :3

You mean I'm not allowed to do that...? Silent as she is, Fiona would probably take a bit of interest to Penny a bit. Albeit she'll also probably be on Penny's nerves since the girl doesn't talk at all and tends to tug on her shirt (perhaps?). Maybe they met en route as Fiona was completely and utterly lost, not sure to go and would be in Penny's debt in a way. idk, i'm v v bad at plotting
