AND IT'S DARK ON A COLD DECEMBER, For once instead of taking the day to travel, Seli had decided to use the day to relax with her pokemon by the water. Laying down on the grass and enjoying the weather as her Trapinch, Reesa, burrowed around in the dirt and her Cubchoo, Jég, played in the water. Once in a while the ice bear would use his powder snow to make the water a little colder it and other times he simply floated around on his back. In either case both of her pokemon seemed to be more than content to take it easy, they were all pretty relaxed anyway, no real excitement making them get riled up. After a little while Reesa, scuttled over to curl up by her, laying her large head on her leg and closing her eyes. Seli felt her lip twitch as she tried to hold back a smile and she sighed contently as she settled on the grass more thoroughly. The sun lulling her into a half sleep state and the warmth completely the effect as she took one more lung full and drifted.
Everything was perfect for a while before she was jolted awake by cold icy water and she let out a little squeal as she sat up straight. Reesa herself scurried away from the cold water droplets letting out agitated clicks at their companion as she did so. Her suddenly mischievous little Cubchoo grunted softly, no doubt chuckling as he watched them while his fur continued to soak. His eyes locked on her and the woman gave him a look as she murmured, “Don’t you dare.” As though this did nothing but entice him, the pokemon braced himself before shaking violently and sending ice cold droplets everywhere. Seliana let out another shocked squeak as she brought her arms up to try and protect herself from the cold droplets. Without warning she lunged at the bear but Jég was already moving, darting out of reach and leading her around the clearing they were in.
After a while she finally gave up, plopping down by the water with her feet in it and her back pressed against the earth as she sucked in air greedily. The ice bear let out a low grunt as he plopped down next to her, tired and sated by the chase while Reesa clicked agitatedly at them from farther away. The water holding no fascination to her and irritated that her nap was interrupted by the one thing she hated most. Seliana chuckled lowly and silently promised to make it up to the Trapinch but for now she was content with where she was.

[attr="class","peterpan] The sky was clear. Not a droplet of rain within view. This was a sure sign that there would be no rain for today's weather, simply partly cloudy. He looked to the sky to look at the beauty of the clouds moving. Stopping, he took a breather. He would look at the clouds above his head. They were quite beautiful to watch drift about freely, roaming through the sky as if there was nothing to worry about, he wondered though. Was this the reason for his young sister, leaving? To move about freely. She was quite a rebel, so perhaps she too wanted to be a cloud.
Huh? Deino, mainly known as Ares, had heard a squeal. Asher turned to look at the sightless dragon pokemon head over toward the random squeal. Asher would follow en route, making sure she didn't get herself into trouble.
Ares would come to a halt to hear the sounds of laughter. It would seem he stumbled upon a girl with two pokemon, one of them being a Trapinch while the other a Cubchoo. His interest had been piqued, were they strong? Were they worth the battle for his brand new pokemon and his dragon? This was going to be interesting.
The hiatus singer would walk on down a few small steps that led to the lake they were playing in. He would near the gap between both he and the girl, enclosing to the point where he could be heard five meters away, "Is everything alright?" He asked nonchalantly. He didn't really care if something had happened to the girl, he was just curious as to what Ares could have heard. Ares, the Deino, stood next to his trainer, kneeling within a respectable manor.
"Your squealing was so loud that it must have got Ares' attention, she must have assumed there was some sort of trouble afoot. But it seems nothing occurred, so perhaps you were enjoying yourself very loudly?" AND IT'S DARK ON A COLD DECEMBER, Seli was falling into a light doze once more when her ice bear heard something that drew his attention away from her and in turn drew Reesa’s agitation from them. Noticing something had become tense in the air the woman blinked and looked towards her pokemon or more specifically Jég seeing as he was closest and easier to look at. Instantly, like once before, she noticed his ears twitching as something caught his attention and she sat up a bit, learning on her elbows to glance at where they were looking. Unlike them she couldn’t hear whatever had caught there attention or at least Jég’s since Reesa didn’t have the best hearing. Her eyes rested on the female Trapinch and noticed her soft clicking as though she was anticipating something and wondered what was up with them. They weren’t exactly acting hostile like that one time with the guy in the tree but they weren’t as relaxed as they’d been earlier and it didn’t take long for her to figure out why. Her eyes widened slightly when a strange pokemon appeared and then right behind it another male.
Her lips downturned for only a moment, wondering why she’d only been meeting men lately before brushing the thought aside. She tensed slightly when he continued to walk towards them before he was in earshot distance and she was about to open her mouth to warn him away. However, he spoke up and at his question she blinked in confusion, sitting up completely and pulling her legs underneath her and situation her dress over them. Cocking her head to the side just the slightest she said uncertainly, “Yes, everything is fine here.” Was this man a ranger then??
At his next words, understanding dawned on her and she let out a soft laugh before giving the man a rueful look. So that’s what this was about, her eyes fell on the strange looking pokemon next to him and gave it a considering look. “Yes, I’m afraid it was a false alert. My pokemon thought it would be amusing to splash water on me when I was taking a nap is all.” Reesa let out a series of clicks that spoke of just how amusing she’d thought that’d been…not at all. Seliana rolled her eyes at the pokemon but ignored her for the time being. Jég was currently more interested in sniffing out the other pokemon, nose working furiously as he leaned towards the strange pokemon. She gave it another considering look before she asked curiously, “I don’t think I’ve seen that type before…what is it?”
