The magma camp had been an interesting ordeal. Shoved into tight, and rather gaudy clothing, and provided a strong, yet untrained, pokemon was only beginning. The orientation was a bore, and Tytus resisted the urge to sleep the entire time he had been there. Now, of course, he had already made his way back to the professor and started his journey further, looking for more pokemon to battle and trainers to see, battle, and beat.
He trusted his pokemon, it was the other pokemon that he didn't yet trust.
Narrowing his eyes to slits, heavy boot-fall made small pokemon skitter around his steps, nothing coming to attack, nothing really worth his time. At least, that was his opinion. Pursing his lips, He scanned the area, looking at the children, they young girls and boys gleefully running around with their pokemon in tow.
Disgust filled his face as he pushed past them, wishing to do nothing more than push them back home crying to their mothers and fathers. Their pokemon would suit him much better. The strength that they harness would only come out with strong and diligent masters and keepers, not inane little children.
Stepping back, he leaned against one of the tall trees, tossing his pokeball up in the air. Once, Twice, wondering if there would be anyone on this trail that possibly could give him a challenge. Maybe someone closer to his age.
He would pick carefully, watching for the correct physical quirks and body language signs that told him what was strong, who was strong, and what battles were worth fighting.
It was only a bit before he saw another trainer, one that caught his eye. Maybe she would have the ability to properly give his pokemon some training. And her bad girl attitude pointed him slightly in the direction that her cocky attitude might overcome her strength. But he wasn't one to judge those that were strong.
At least, not until he had a battle.
"Looking for a battle? Or just walking around the forest by your lonesome? It can be quite dangerous for girls like you."

We will be victorious
When she was approached, Andrea had no intention of doing much else today. Her chores had been finished off - tasks consisting of reorganization, feeding her collection of Pokemon, and purchasing a a few maps. After she had stuffed her recently acquired items into her bag, returned her capsules to their proper place, and finished off her own small meal Andrea had decided to simply laze about. That had been going along well enough - but, apparently, her natural swagger attracted a man who was interested in battle. His words caused her to snort and eyes to narrow.
"Yeah, dangers fer a girl. Not sure who yer lookin' at, big boy, but I'm most defin-fuckin-ly a woman."
She gestured to herself to emphasize her point properly.
"I'd suggest ya recognize that fact."
Andrea considered his offer shortly afterward, face twisting slightly as conflicting thoughts arose. She wanted to cling onto her laziness and just, ya know, chill. But battles were pretty wicked. Plus, her Pokemon needed some exercise. And she didn't really mind the experience to be gained from the confrontation.
"Alright, guy. I ain't one to disappoint. So I'll take ya up on yer offer."
She strolled away, her pace leisurely as she plucked a minimized capsule from her trouser pocket. Maximizing the convenient container, Andrea turned on a dime to face her opponent. After teasingly tossing it up and down several times she eventually cast it into the field. A Bagon appeared in a flash of light, producing a rough cry of excitement and baring her pointed teeth at her opponent.
"Ready to rock, girl?"
"Bagon!"

It took everything in his power to keep his face straight and not to scrunch his nose at the grating sound of her voice. Did people actually speak like that? Was there a language where people actually went around speaking in that kind of tone? Verbiage? Colloquial terms? Tilting his head to the side, he made sure to run his eyes up her frame, clicking his tongue once before shaking his head.
"What a shame, such a beautiful woman with such a grating voice." Never once leaning from the tree he watched her, wondering what the spitfire would do next. Jump? Turn into a Charizard? Both? Probably both. "How..." He stopped, trying to figure out the best way to describe how he felt. "Quaint"Do you kiss your mother with that mouth? or just lick the trash with it? That time he kept his tongue, he knew better than to piss off someone who may be stronger than yourself, little jabs were fine as long as you knew where to poke.
He smirked, she accepted the Challenge. "I wouldn't want to disappoint you for the world Poke Puff" It was always an endearing term that his father had used on his mother when she was pissing him off, or when she was acting out of ordinary and loosing the logic behind her voice. Tytus didn't know if she would catch the tiny bit of sarcasm that lingered in his voice, but he really hoped that she would; because the smile on his face showed.
He watched her walk away, and pulled out his own Pokeball, Growing to its normal size in his hand, he rolled it between his own taking a few steps forward before tossing it forward, letting Maka slip from his ball, Dancing from one foot to the other, before quickly shifting its stance into right foot forward left hand up, gazing over at the dragon pokemon.
It would be strong, he had no doubt about that. But the snapping of its jaws did nothing to make him fear, he smiled. "A Pokemon to suit the lady, beautiful creature." This time, no joke, it was a sturdy pokemon, one he wanted to have.
Pausing, he looked to Darumaka. First lesson he learned, Never let someone else have the upper hand.
"Before they have a chance to set up, strike. Tackle, then yawn when you're close!"
"MAKA!" Pulling his hands and legs in, the creature leaned back and rolled forward, springing forth from his red sphere cocoon just in time to try and land a thick head against his opponent, matched toe to toe with a long, exaggerated yawn, aimed right at the poor dragons ear.
They had done the combo before, he just had to be careful, and get out quick.

The pair readied themselves, with Sheeva remaining idle as the the opponent's Pokemon was called upon. Andrea's grin lessened as she quickly realized that she was unfamiliar with such a breed. It appeared rather circular - and likely a fire-type due to its crimson exterior. Producing her Pokedex, she directed the machine toward the strange creature, scanning it before the piece of tech responded with a feminine voice.
"Darumaka, the Zen Charm Pokémon. When asleep, even when pushed or pulled, it cannot be knocked over."
"Fire-type, huh?"
Andrea pursed her lips as she acknowledged this valuable tidbit and hurriedly stuffed the device into her pocket. The woman's gaze then drifted toward the male. Her opponent appeared to be the gentlemanly sort. The type of man that was attractively suave and likely boasted some semblance of intelligence. She reacted to his words with curled lips as she sneered in displeasure. But Andrea quickly shook off her irritation in favor of focusing on the oncoming battle.
"Get ready, gal!"
She didn't expect the Darumaka to wield his round body offensively. In all honesty, Andrea was thoroughly impressed as he successfully knocked the dragon-type back with a Tackle.
"Protect!"
As the gleaming barrier was instantly erected, Sheeva's gaze shifted as the fire-types attempt at inducing drowsiness bounced harmlessly against the protective shell.
"Rage!"
The barrier fell and the Bagon lunged forward, snarling as she glowed a dim shade of red and opened her maw wide. She attempted to harm her fellow Pokemon with acts of violence, kicking and biting viciously toward the creature as the madness of rage temporarily overwhelmed her senses.

"How very observant" He nodded, looking to his fire pokemon with ease, of course he was fire, and he was just waiting for the flames to spill from his mouth. That would be soon, with the way that the two were training, anything with levels would be beneficial. Tytus watched the pair closely, wondering just what the bond would tell him. They were close, close enough, and there was a sameness within their eyes that made him wonder if it was her first.
It probably was.
His decision to pop his pokemon forward wasn't exactly the best, but one that he wore with the confidence that shined off of his grunt outfit. How he wanted to trade it in for something that looked better. With his pokemon that close, he knew it was an easy shoe in for a harsh attack. At least, one that would knock some of Maka's health down to the ground.
With his first yawn failing, he weighted his options, watching as Maka became a chew toy for the little dragon. The longer he used rage, the stronger he would become. A red tinged glow along the perfect scales told him something, if anything, that it needed to be stopped. "Well trained pokemon you have" He commented, stroking the ego, and calculating his risk verses reward.
With Protect being shown, He could try Yawn once more, distracting the Pokemon from it's rage, at least for a moment. With the rage withered down, maybe he would have a better foot to stand on during the next round. If not, then she would use rage again, and be asleep. Both sounded like winning situations. "Maka, make use of the dragons open mouth and yawn right into its lungs" Darumaka, whipped from side to side, said nothing of his pain and let out another large and tired yawn.
"Now get out of there, before it gets you again."
Maka tried his best, in his little ball form, to roll around the dragon, and back in front of his trainer, but he knew that exiting from the dragons teeth wouldn't be easy. It would take luck and determination.

Sheeva's mouth was wide open as the bubble noisily popped within the confines of her mouth.
"No," Andrea snarled, irritated.
The creature halted her attack, bewilderment clouding her expression before an overwhelming sensation began to gnaw away at her. Drowsiness. It struck, and she was unable to rid herself of the sensation. Sheeva shook her head multiple times, attempting to regain absolute focus. But it was out of reach, unfortunately. The need to rest was terrible.
"Shit. Shit. Shit."
Andrea resisted the urge to tug at her own hair. Instead, she decided not to go down without a fight. Screw it. Even if she lost she wasn't going down like a little bitch.
"Rage," she hollered.
Sheeva struck out against the Pokemon, chasing after the being as she glowed a much more intense shade of crimson. As she struggled with the oncoming sleep, her desperation was reflected in her attack as she struck, thrash, shoved and snapped at her foe.
"I appreciate the compliment, stud," she grunted. "She just hatched, but she's the shit when I need her to be."
Andrea eyed his Pokemon in turn.
"Sweet Pokemon ya got there," the coordinator admitted.

Success was something that didn't come with one move or evading the attack once by a Pokemon, it was something built on continuous movement and strength. Darumaka was somewhere in between. He was a little too slow for Tytus's desire, but what he lacked in speed he had in strength, and health.
The second yawn was successful. Breathed deep into the dragons mouth and let him take the drowsy feeling in, succumb to its desires. But what he gave up to get there might be too much for the little pokemon to handle.
"Get out of there! Now!" Maka felt the rage build within the dragons features and tried to waddle his fat little body out of the situation, only to feel the tight snap of his jaws once more. Tytus turned his head up, peering down at the two battling Pokemon and their ferocious bites.
Twisting his head to the woman he chuckled. "Shit, the shit, what an interesting way to describe her." He watched large sharp teeth drag deep into Maka's skin and he called out to his pokemon, "Rollout of there, now!" The attack would have been better used to actually harm the dragon type, flayed maw and dripping incisors snapping in his direction, but without getting a better head start, there was no way for the two of them to get any headway.
Maka tucked himself as tight as he could and sent himself rolling, tearing himself from the dragon and across the field, giving him enough space to stand back up and shake himself off. Battered, and bruised, the creature stood back up. "Now Tackle."
He dashed forward again, head lowered, aiming for the drowsy girls torso.
"He has a bit of a kick to that pudgy frame, but that speed can get him."Unless his opponent is sleeping, then he will have fun with their sleeping remains. Tytus fingered the ball at his hip, wondering if the next attack that the Bagon would throw at him would do the damage that would knock his fire types flame out.
