Conversations won't contemplate to my dark thoughts
Lookin' down on my soul now, tell me I'm in control now
Tell me I can live long and I can live wrong and I can live right
And I can sing song and I can unite the youth that I love
Youth that I like, look at my life and tell me I fight
This that final destination, this that find some information
This that find some inspiration,
He finds himself back where he began. How many times has he walked this path now? How many footprints has he left on the dirt each time something different about him something changed. Even now he has a new pokemon in tow the small bulbous pokemon trailing next to him now, his destination no place in particular in truth he just wants to train the small pokemon, being a baby it was far behind the rest of the trainers team, the best way to train the pokemon was to fight trainers who'd just begun their journey in hopes it would match the grass type's skill level. And so he posed as a starting trainer himself the only pokemon shown to the rest of the world being the bulbasaur. Of course he had the rest of his team hidden away on his person, but that was irrelevant.
His boredom is almost palpable as he drudges along the path a yawn escapes as he hopes someone will appear along the beaten path soon. It was prime time for beginner trainers to make their way through 101 after all.
Hm..You aren't quite contest ready. Then again you are a level five so all it takes is a bit of training and we can start our debut! The wind carried her voice that sounded overly optimistic and held no heavy burden or sadness in it's tone. It was like a flute on the breeze, music to the ears of some an annoyance to others. She reached out her hand to stroke the flame like tufts of fur that seem to erupt from her new pokemon's ears. That birch fellow had done right by her, giving the young blond such a beautiful fennekin. She giggled as the little fox creature nuzzled it's face into her hand, wanting even more attention than she was giving. For a moment she forgot about the world around her and a flash of her future clouded her mind. Flashing lights, people cheering her name, the coordinator life. Her thoughts, she could have drowned in them for a bit longer but a rustling sound pulled her from anymore of her day dreaming. Quickly getting to her feet, the crystal blue hues fell upon a male figure approaching. Her eyes took on a sparkle effect, as she skipped in the direction to greet the traveler.Hey! Are you a trainer as well?! OH WAIT?! IS THAT A BULBASAUR?!Her voice was akin to an easily excitable dog, barking happily at the newcomers. She wanted to run to the cute little bulb creature and pluck it from the ground and into a hug. She had never got to see an actual Bulbasaur before which was the main cause for her squealing. In the midst of it all she almost forgot about her own pokemon, that is until she heard a sharp squeal from him. As if yanked back to reality she looked down and smiled, bending down to pick him and stroke his head to calm and reassure him that he was her one and only. She could tell that he wasn't too fond of the attention being taken away from him and with that knowledge she knew he'd be a great contest winning pokemon." I'm sorry, sometimes I get a bit excited. It's just, this is my first time being out like this on my own and I guess I'm just ready to take it all on.A light chuckle escaped her lips as she placed her Fennekin back onto the ground. Now that she thought about it, this was probably the best time for a pokemon battle seeing as how they both had pokemon out already. Everything in her wanted to initiate the challenge but she held off that burning desire in favor of at least getting the male's name.

The trainer finds himself lost in the girls energy, she's much like a small animal popping back and forth focus switching every so often until it ends on no other than his Bulbasaur. A wary smile plasters itself on the trainer's face while the Bulbasaur takes a step back in attempt to hide from the rambunctious on looker. Her energy isn't something he's used making the girl something to be feared.
More than the girl herself no he's focused on the small fox pokemon accompanying her, he's seen it earlier in his travels some trainer somewhere. His eyes shoot back to the trainer she now apologizing her energy, something the trainer waves away if only to be polite. "Nah, nah no worries. This one is just really shy, it's your first journey out into the world. Trust me don't worry about it aye?" In truth she was just what he was looking for, a perfect partner for the grass type to battle. The type set up was far from perfect, but beggars could never be choosers.
"Seeing as we are here, it wouldn't hurt to have a battle, no?" He drops the question the girl seems to have been waiting for easily, deciding to keep his trainer status a bit more under wraps, lest she think he was one of those guys picking on low leveled trainers. In a sense he was, but the goal wasn't to scam, no his goals this time are rather fair. He can feel the other pokeballs rattling in his pockets, these days it was almost like they could sense battles. Despite this the trainer keeps up his illusion sending the grass type out in front of him. "Oh and the name's Miles by the way. "Bulbasaur show 'em what we can do."
In a way he accepted her apology, at least that how she took it. It wasn't long before he popped the one question she was nearly dying to hear along with a name. Things were going smoothly, the flow between the two trainers going off without hesitation. They both knew what they wanted, and a trainer never passed up a chance when a challenge was issued. It was one of those things that went without saying, it's something that just happened. Once the Bulbasur stepped from behind it's trainer, Fennekin had already caught on and moved forward itself. A action that made her smile even brighter. Miles, that's such a nice name.A giggle escaped her lips as she did a single twirl, the pink layered dress she wore flaring out around her. Apollo! Let's burn through this battle! Keep your distance and let off an Ember, double time! Thrusting her finger out as she spoke the command, the Fennekin took the order easily. Apollo's little, orange body began to move forward as he opened his mouth to let off two small flames, one following the other, but making sure the second one followed in whatever direction the bulbasur fled to if he decided to flee. She knew bulbasur to be a grass type and if he didn't dodge this fire types move the poor thing would be down for the count. Her goal? To put the pressure on the tiny bulb creature, making him run for his life as the end for him neared. It was a battle no matter how one looked at it, and a victor would be present. She was sure to be that victor.

"Well I like to think so." his reply is far more serene in an attempt to balance out the girl's exuberant behavior with his own attitude and vibes so to speak. As the red haired trainer offers a battle, it only takes a bad pun to set the girl in action. The girl wastes no time going on the offensive switching modes on a dime. With her energetic personality Miles shouldn't have been so surprised. The opposing trainer starts with a flurry of flames the golden fox cementeng herself to launch the small fires at the grass type pokemon. Miles knew this would be a hard one for the bulbasaur, but still it was the experience that mattered here. With that in mind the older trainer goes on an offense of his own. "Bulbasaur blast through and tackle twice over!" The grass type is definitely fearful of the flames but still steels himself for battle dashing forward. The first set of flames do an alarming amount of damage to the grass type, but still her charges onward hoping to land his first and most likely only charge. Whether it connects or not the red headed trainer can't see, but the next flame attack hits directly knocking the bulbous pokemon out. Miles is by no means mad or angry having expected this outcome recalling the grass pokemon to his pokeball for a much needed rest, proud the bulbasaur managed to stand up to his fear at all. "It ends just as quickly as it begins." The man muses to himself before looking the opposing trainer in the eye. "It was fast, but good match kiddo."
