BIOGRAPHY - Born and raised in Goldenrod, he's used to the bustling life of the city, where everything is quick and instant. His parents are the rich Castaires of course, partners to Goldenrod Radio and control more or less the entirety of the Johto region's communication requirements.
- Rich, privilege and believed to be engaged, many don't think that the young Castaire heir knows much about anything. Except it's also rumored that the youngest Castaire has dealing with the underground, from pokemon, weapons, gambling and all everything else in between.
- His father, Gregory Castaire, does his best to keep his son's scandals out of the paper, though one or two manage to worm their way out. There are allegations that Elijah has had a hand in a homicide, though of course, nothing can be found to be used as evidence against him. Still, Gregory worries for his son.
- Elijah is sent to Hoenn, where it is hoped that spending time away from his friends might be well for him. Not that it matters, contacts spread far and wide regardless of region, only the names ever change.
- Elijah relents at first, but gives in all the same. Anything to please old pops.
